Abstract

Gojek Application is an android based application that is the entrance for customers to obtain services provided by PT Gojek Indonesia. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that affect the acceptance and use of the Gojek Application using United Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This research was conducted on 50 people Gojek Application users are found in several locations of offices, malls, schools, colleges and the environment surrounding the housing in Jakarta. Based on research, it is known that the simultaneous factor performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions and significant positive effect on use behavior Gojek Application. While partially, it is known that performance expectancy and social influence which has a positive and significant effect on use behavior Gojek Application. While effort expectancy and facilitating conditions not have a positive and significant effect on use behavior Gojek Application.

Lovianevy Firtian Soebali Putri, Sistem Informasi STMIK Nusa Mandiri

Lovianevy Firtian Soebali Putri, lahir di Jakarta tanggal 20 November 1987. Pada tahun 2015 menyelesaikan pendidikan Diploma III pada Jurusan Manajemen Informatika AMIK BSI Jakarta dan pada tahun 2016 menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana di STMIK Nusa Mandiri Jakarta. Saat ini bekerja sebagai Senior Clerk pada Bagian Finance PT. Albany Corona Lestari Jakarta.

Irfan Mahendra, Sistem Informasi STMIK Nusa Mandiri

Irfan Mahendra, MM, M.Kom, lahir di Taratak Baru tanggal 18 Maret 1980. Pada tahun 2002 menyelesaikan
pendidikan Sarjana Komputer pada Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Selanjutnya pada tahun 2005 lulus Program Magister Ilmu Komputer pada Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang dan pada tahun 2011
menyelesaikan pendidikan pada Program Magister Manajemen pada Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI Jakarta. Saat ini adalah dosen dengan jabatan fungsional akademik lektor pada Program Studi Sistem Informasi di STMIK Nusa Mandiri Jakarta.
